MatchOS Success Fee

This agreement explains how BidFiller charges for successful awards. It is designed for clarity and compliance and only applies when a winning seller is confirmed.

  • BidFiller charges a 3% success fee when a winning seller is awarded.
  • The fee is calculated on the final awarded project value and invoiced after award confirmation.
  • No success fee is due if the project does not result in an awarded seller.
How fees are calculated
Consistency for audit and finance teams.

The success fee equals 3% of the awarded contract value at the time of award. If a project is awarded in phases, BidFiller applies the fee to the initial award and documents any subsequent phases separately.

Example: a 2,000,000 USD award results in a 3% fee of 60,000 USD.

Payment terms
Invoice timing and finance alignment.
  • Invoices are issued within 5 business days of award confirmation.
  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any disputes should be raised within 10 business days of invoice delivery.

BidFiller does not collect funds from sellers. Fees are billed directly to the buyer organization. Any changes to award value should be documented in the procurement record to maintain audit continuity.
